1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using JustLift Workout Tracker ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Subscription Terms

JustLift Premium is an auto-renewable subscription that provides access to premium features including:

• Unlimited progress photos
• AI-powered workout suggestions and custom plans
• Advanced analytics and progress insights
• Interactive AI fitness coach

Subscription Duration and Pricing

• Annual Subscription: $6.99/year, automatically renews every year

Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Managing Subscriptions

You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of any subscription period.

3. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, you will be charged the subscription price at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
• Use the App to transmit any harmful code or malware

6. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: The App provides fitness tracking and workout suggestions but is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program. Use of the App is at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by JustLift and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUSTLIFT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Apple-Specific Terms

For users who download the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:

• These Terms are between you and JustLift, not Apple
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them
